Your performance will be regularly assessed by eibe company purchasing according to the Quality and Environmental Management Guidelines DIN EN ISO 9001.
Delivery Reliability
In order to reliably render services, the eibe company requires absolute punctual delivery in accordance with the date of appointment specified in the order. Packaging and/or dispatch specifications must be unconditionally adhered to. eibe-purchasing must be immediately notified if it is anticipated that compliance with the required date of delivery cannot be met. The reasons for late delivery have to be investigated and remedied. In case of extreme need, all possible measures are to be instituted to shorten the normal delivery time.
Competition
If eibe-purchasing is presented with reduced rates from competitors for important, profit-yielding products, the existing suppliers reserve the right to re-assess their prices.
