Guidelines for eibe suppliers

The name of eibe stands for "safety, environment, play value, and quality". Today, quality is a central argument in competition, and our promise to customers all over the world.

This brochure intends to give you some information about purchasing department of  eibe Produktion + Vertriebs GmbH & Co. KG. We wish to show all existing and new suppliers to easiest way to achieve a close, trustful, fair, and cooperative partnership.A key factor of our cooperation with you is a high degree of flexibility and adherence to quality and delivery schedules.

These form the basis that we need to reliably deliver to our customers right-on-time high-quality, faultless products that exactly correspond to their wishes.
Our customers increasingly demand shorter delivery periods and better adaptation to the market situation. We will not be able to meet these requirements unless you back us all the way and your own standards are as high as the eibe standards.

Goals

eibe has but one goal: to fully meet our customers' requests and expectations. To reach this goal, we need to constantly improve our purchasing.
We need to:

• remain our customers' competent and proficient partner,
• reduce our costs,
• improve our processes,
• assure our quality, and
• keep our deadlines.

This is impossible without your help and cooperation.

Cooperation

For a successful cooperation with eibe, you must meet the following preconditions:

• 100% quality
• 100% reliability in your deliveries
• competitive prices
• provision of services, and
• advance information in case of malfunctions.

Your performance will regularly be assessed by the eibe purchasing department pursuant to the quality and environmental management standard DIN EN ISO 9001.

Reliable deliveries

To reliably provide our services, the company eibe must be absolutely certain that you will supply the items exactly on the date specified in the purchase order. It is mandatory that packaging and/or dispatch specifications are observed. If you anticipate that you probably will not be able to meet the specified delivery date, you must immediately inform the eibe purchasing department. The causes for the delay in delivery must be investigated and remedied. In case of emergency, all possible measures must be taken to reduce the regular delivery period.

Competitiveness

If the eibe purchasing department is offered lower prices for significant products with a high sales potential, the existing suppliers are offered the opportunity to re-evaluate their prices.

Final notes
